Learn modern Hebrew online in the ulpan immersion method used in Israel.

This ten-week course is for beginning students. We will focus on deepening your knowledge of reading, writing, and conversation skills. Topics include additional infinitives, nouns, masculine numbers, time expressions, days of the week, prepositions, and more. To support your learning, we will be using the textbook Hebrew from Scratch Part 1, lessons 6-8. Click HERE to purchase the required textbook in advance.

Registration must be processed through a computer (laptop or desktop) only.

Instructor: Roman Shnaider

Roman Shnaider currently teaches Modern Hebrew at De Toledo High School and Ofek Learning Hub for several years. He holds a master’s degree in teaching Hebrew as a second language from Middlebury College, Vermont, where he is currently enrolled in the Doctoral program. He has a bachelor’s degree and a Teacher’s Credential in History, and his first master’s degree is in Educational Counseling (with honors) from Bar– Ilan University.
