Learn modern Hebrew online in the ulpan immersion method used in Israel.

This eight-week course is designed for intermediate Hebrew speakers who aim to enhance their conversational skills and review the five groups of verbs in both the present and past tense focusing on the Pe’el and Hifil group verbs. Additionally, we will delve into understanding street signs and other relevant topics. We will be using the textbook, Hebrew from Scratch Part 1, lessons Pesek Zman Vav -Lesson 27. Instructor: Alisa Lottati

Alisa Lottati has an extensive background in teaching Modern and Classical Hebrew at various levels within the Ulpan method at schools and universities. She holds an M.A. in Education and Jewish Studies from George Washington University in D.C., a B.A. in Political Science and History from Haifa University, and a teaching degree from Oranim College. Alisa has also undergone training in Hebrew at the Center courses, offered by Brandeis University and the NETA language program.
